This february we won Tavrida competition for artobject in its park. We were so pleased! Here you can see our competition proposal.

They asked us to add night illumination which was a great idea. So we got this.

This wa followed by months of project revisions, choosing materials, the contractor, creating samples and assembling the object in the workshop, from where it was taken to Crimea in a diassembled form to erect and paint for the festival.

And then the difficulties began. It turned out that despite the fact that the project won with a certain appearence no one was going to keep it. The festival had a complete different vision how it should look like.

We were asked to sugest a colour option for our project, which was not originaly supposed to be. So we found the only acceptable option to paint Druse with gradient.

Moreover, the colour combination could be different.

But this option was not accepted by festival. So, unfortunately, after a loooooong discussion the direction of the festival painted it as they wish without our permition.

But we still believe that some day they will change their mind and Druse will take a look as it was suppose to!
